Jose is a genuine Plushood character.

Head downstairs, past the entrance hall, keep going, further down until the stench invades your nostrils. The basement is your goal, and if you can reach it without feeling too queasy, you should find Jose, the building’s janitor, lying among dirty clothes and greasy leftovers on his crusty, worn out TV couch.

5 TVs to be precise and a number of model planes recycled from chicken bones. Only plumbing or electrical emergencies can tear Jose away from his good-hearted, bad-tempered loneliness, except maybe a certain Dolores on the second floor?!
